Del Rey Express, Inc. is a family, minority and women-owned long haul transportation company headquartered in San Antonio, Texas.
It was founded by Rey and Sylvia Andrade. Rey started his career in trucking 40 years ago as an owner operator. He envisioned a company with the best equipment to guarantee reliability and safe operations. His wife Sylvia encouraged him to make their first truck purchase and together they grew the business. Today Del Rey Express, Inc. celebrates over 30 years as a reputable Texas-based carrier.
The family is proud of a longstanding partnership with grocery company, H-E-B, who depends on Del Rey Express, Inc. year round for delivery of the best and freshest produce in Texas.

Rey and Sylvia's daughters began working with the company in 2013.
Andrea Andrade Ahumada Owner/President Andrea is a graduate of Texas Tech Universtiy and the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. After 15 years in the medical industry as a pediatric physical therapist, Andrea joined Del Rey Express full time and is primarily responsible for overseeing day to day operations. Andrea is a current participant in the Texas Trucking Association Emerging Leaders Council. Lisa Andrade Gonima Owner/VP of Business Development In 1999, Lisa started a public relations firm which she still owns today. Lisa is responsible for partnership development and growth strategy. She serves on the Palo Alto College Logistics and Supply Chain Management Advisory Council and is a board member of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce serving as Co-Chair of the Marketing Committee. Lisa also serves on the boards of the Texas Civil Rights Project and Martinez Street Women's Center. Lisa is an alumni of the University of Notre Dame and graduate of Leadership San Antonio and Leadership Texas. |
